Publish-Side Styling

To access Publish Mode, use the menu at the bottom of your story's writing workspace. When you do this, you are taken to a preview of what your readers will see when you share your content with them.

In this mode, the Side Panel will have three tabs - Styling, Export, and Publish. Click here to learn about Exporting and Publishing.

Cover Style

Quill books have a 3D cover. You can choose between hardcover, paperback, and paper cover.

You're also able to customise the artwork that is on the book - and if you don't want artwork, you can pick a color or a texture pattern.

Chapter Style

You can choose a different style for each Chapter.

Customisation options include:

• Font
• Background - you can pick a custom color, have it match the chapter image, or pick from a preset color.
• Image and chapter name layout
• Dark/light mode
• Reading mode
